Marian College’s Architecture School, part of an existing campus, is designed to inspire and elevate learning. The site, bordered by an external road and the Parvathy Puthanar River, features two inverted C-shaped plans, dividing the administrative and academic spaces. Constructed with clay blocks, the building incorporates perforated, cavity, and solid blocks. The academic block’s studios are connected by bridges and courts, allowing natural light to flood the interior, creating a dynamic atmosphere. The design emphasizes learning from the environment through materials, technology, and spatial experiences.
