Originally established in 1965 as a lower primary school, GHSS Medical College Campus School has grown over the decades into a higher secondary institution with expanded infrastructure and upgraded amenities. The recent master plan proposal responds to the evolving needs of the campus, requiring a comprehensive architectural intervention. The plan reorients several building blocks to shield them from surrounding traffic, optimizes land use, and enhances the campus’s environmental quality. Key strategies include increasing the green canopy, introducing clearly defined gathering spaces, and improving circulation through specified vehicle routes and controlled access points. The design enhances the campus edge, creates functional green zones, and reinforces the school’s role as a safe, inclusive, and sustainable educational environment.
