Goodearth Riversong is a community housing project consisting of 34 families, located by the Mampuzha River on a hillock. The design includes a mix of villas and villaments, with split-level villas and single-level villaments, adapted to the steep terrain. The C-shaped villaments enclose a central green court, covered by a tensile roof. The units offer breathtaking views of coconut groves and the river. Sustainable features include solar-powered lighting, treated water for irrigation, and passive cooling with composite masonry and natural ventilation. Green creepers on trellises enhance air quality and aesthetics.
